INTRODUCTION, HISTORY AND BUSINESS MISSION
The core faculty members of REU offer years of combined leadership participating in highly successful organisational and project teams. The usual breadth and depth of the REU faculty are reflected in several critical assignments executed collectively and individually for the State governments and other credible institutions. This experience will be a factor in delivering quality results to expectations in the capacity-building program.

Training needs analysis: We work with clients to identify their learning and development needs and develop a training plan to address these needs.

Training program design and development: We design and develop customized training programs that meet the specific needs of clients, taking into account their goals, objectives, and learning styles.

Training delivery: We deliver training programs through a variety of methods, including face-to-face training, virtual training, e-learning, and blended learning.

Facilitation and coaching: We provide facilitation and coaching services to help clients improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.

Training evaluation and measurement: We evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback from learners and measurement of learning outcomes.

Leadership and management development: We offer leadership and management training programs to help clients improve their leadership skills and drive organizational success.
